SmartBuzz AI ("we", "us") runs smartbuzzai.com. This page explains what information we collect and what we do with it.

• Information you give us. When you use the free AI Business Audit, join a list, or download a resource, we collect what you enter, such as your name, email address, company, and your answers.
• Basic visit data. We count page visits and note where visitors come from (for example the referring site or campaign link) so we can see what works. This is done without advertising cookies.

How we use it

• To deliver what you asked for, such as your audit results or a download.
• To email you the things you signed up for, and occasional related updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
• To understand which pages and campaigns are useful, and to improve the site.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We use service providers to run the site: Cloudflare (hosting and security) and Resend (sending email). They process data only to provide those services. We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while it is needed for the purposes above, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or opt out of email, by contacting us at team@smartbuzzai.com.

This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13.
